Had to moved again…
not even going to get into why I had to move this time but I have been forced to move 5 times in about 2 years. So annoying but my father in law heard what was happening and luckily he is helping us out. Got us a nice fully furnished place in irvine right by my gym so that’s good. On tbs diet front it’s on point and OMFG my farts smell. It even bothers myself and my dogs. My diet is def making me a little tired during training but that usually happens. It’s only in the am when I do mostly cardio stuff. Try and burn off as much fat as i can. A little vain but damn my abs are nice haha. The game plan is coming together perfectly so let’s hope I get this shit over with quickly so I can stay healthy and get my title shot ASAP. I’m sure I’ll be facing joe b for the title. Can’t look past the task at hand but I’m just excited to be able to fight guys that are this good. It’s an honor. Btw my UGCTT shirts and new hats are going for sale on this site tonight I think so make sure to buy some : )
Cheers

5 weeks out
So the wife and baby are gone for a few weeks in florida to give me space to focus on my training. Being alone sucks. Being away from my girls for this long sucks but now I get to spend all my time in the gym. I get to sweat and bleed. I get to bust my ass to take myself to a new level so in the end I can beat the holy hell out of a certain person and get myself one step closer to my goal. My diet is on point, my training is going great. I can’t wait to get this shit over with. I want my money and I want my title. I want to hurt Dj and I want to prove to everyone how good I really am. My mood sucks every single day now unless I’m in the gym. When life in my sport gets to this point it is not fun. I might have a smile because I’m happy about where I’m at but this is business. I have a job to do and I’m going to do it … I’m going to bed

starting to get serious
hey guys
sorry i have sucked at blogging lately but ill try and keep up with it now.
so camp has started full time. i have been busting my ass so far and i feel great. mondays and friday mornings im at my top secret wrestling camp with some amazing coaches who have stepped my game up a ton. monday nights i hit pads with one of my many pad people and i started doing gi bjj monday and wed nights and its improved my game a bunch as well. its got my bjj a lot tighter. Giva Santana gave my my purple belt finally and i now all i want to do it move forward to my brown and black. i have switched my strength and conditioning to tuesday thursday saturday at 8am and directly after that i have been heading to suite sweat sauna house to detox and work on my weight cut. they use inferred saunas. its an awesome place and very relaxing. once im done there i head to my home base at team oyama to spar and work my muay thai/mma or whatever else colin has in mind. at night i head back to the gym for either pad work to roll or if i want to do something light ill head to the rennisance super yuppy gym to swim. they have great facility and a baby sitting area so me and the wife can both get a workout in. my diet is in full swing of course. typical as always its paleo diet modified of course because i need all my suppliments. the energy around my gym has been amazing. we have my fight in UFC on march 3rd coming up. our heavyweight shane del rosario just signed with the UFC as well. fabio nasciamento is trying out for tuf brazil. giva santana is going to armbar his way threw the bellator tournament that starts in march and our kick boxer romi adanza fights in japan for another big time wbc world belt. thats just a small part of our team. we have a shit ton of other guys and gals that are going to be making a name for themselves in 2012. we are putting team oyama back on the map. i saw a new promo video for the flyweight tournament. looks damn cool im stoked to be a part of it all. im already on course to be in the best shape of my life. i cant wait to shock the world. people will finally give me the credit i deserve once i finish both guy that are in my way of getting what is rightfully mine. i have been working with sports psychologist mario soto and it has helped me in all aspects of life from my fighting to my schedule, its saved my marriage and helped me become a better father. being a daddy is the greatest thing to ever happen to me. being a good husband is something i never thought would ever happen but im in such a great place in life that i couldnt imagine sharing all of this with anyone else. shes the easiest baby ever so i def lucked out there. shes 10 weeks now and its wild how much babies change in even that short amount of time. being in a fight camp of this intensity limits the amount of time i get to hang with her but a mans gotta provide for his family. i went to supercross the other night in anaheim with the metal mulisha guys and they seem very keen on sponsoring me still and setting up some cool stuff for me. while i was there i was able to make a lot of great contacts so hopefully you will be seeing me a the face of some very big companies new endevors into mma. keep the UGCTT alive my friends. we and the ug’ers are the illuminati of the mma world and i am your prodigal son! ill make you guys proud
